ya know whats stupid? people are so hesitant to get into astro because they’re known to be a “cutesy boy group” and for some reason people underestimate them and assume they’re less talented/interesting/hard-working and its really annoying like i can feel the energy coming from the vast majority of the kpop fandom they think astro are like charity work for them when in reality they’re such extremely talented, amazing people who work so hard and have such an amazing group dynamic and their ~synchronicity~ like I could go on and on and on about how good of a group they are down to the most minute details but people refuse to actually look into them because they’re automatically “lesser” than other groups due to their image. like it’s so easy for me to get people into monsta x or bts but astro? it’s like they’re not even interested, they’re not even considering learning their names because its “just some cutesy boy group or something” but they’re so much more than that and watch people only start to see that once astro’s concept becomes more mature in this essay i-

I mean, we literally have research that says this. With TV it works because shows are DESIGNED to have segues/scenes where advertising can go, so we perceive it as less disruptive. You can’t just drop advertising in any old where. Shockingly, people fucking HATE that.
